摘  要:针对某汽轮机组冷凝器抽气器抽吸能力不足导致冷凝器真空无法维持的问题,分析导致该问题发生的射汽抽气器的流场。在此基础上,提出改变混合段长度等改进措施,并采用数值计算方法对这些措施的有效性进行验证。研究结果表明,采取增加工作蒸汽高度、增加工作蒸汽流量和采用掺混孔结构等措施,能改善抽气器的抽吸能力。Aiming at the problem that the condenser vacuum cannot be maintained due to the insufficient suction capacity of the condenser extractor of a steam turbine unit,the flow field of the steam jet extractor causing the problem is analyzed,and the improvement measures such as changing the length of the mixing section are taken,which are verified by numerical calculation method.The results show that the suction capacity of the ejector can be improved by increasing the working steam height,increasing the working steam flow and adopting the mixing hole structure.
