摘  要:船用组合式挂舵臂在制作过程中常出现焊后变形大、铸钢焊缝易出现焊接缺陷等问题。为提高组合式挂舵臂的制作效率,对其焊接工艺进行优化设计。通过调整生产流程及零部件的装焊顺序,引入单侧坡口设计,适当增加刚性约束,再结合建造方案、材料、接头类型等因素对焊接因数进行调整,完成了组合式挂舵臂焊接工艺的优化。按中国船级社《材料与焊接规范》标准对单侧坡口对接焊工艺进行了试验和评定,该工艺获得船级社的认可。将新焊接工艺应用于集装船组合式挂舵臂的制作,有效减小了挂舵臂的焊接变形,改善了焊工的施焊环境;也解决了铸钢焊缝易出现焊接缺陷的技术问题,取得了良好的焊接效果。There are often some problems such as large deformation,welding defects in weld of cast steel are found in the manufacture process of marine combined rudder horn.In order to improve the production efficiency of the rudder horn,the welding procedure is optimized.By introducing the one sided groove design,appropriately increasing the rigid constraints,adjusting the production process,assembly,welding sequence of parts and other variables in combination with the construction process,the optimization of welding process for combined rudder horn completes.One sided groove butt welding procedures on cast steel are tested and qualified according to CCS rule,which is approved by the classification society.New welding procedure is applied to the production of the combined rudder horns of container ships.The deformation of the rudder horns is effectively reduces.The welding environment is improved and the problem of welding defects is effectively solved,and the good welding effect is achieved.
