摘 要:科学类师范生的培养质量不仅关乎科学教师队伍素质的高低,也关乎我国基础教育阶段科学教育的水平。本科生成绩单作为反映人才培养的重要载体,用其来分析和挖掘科学类师范生的人才培养过程是一个值得尝试的研究新视角。本研究以Z省师范大学科学类师范毕业生的成绩单和访谈资料为基础,采用文本研究和访谈研究相结合,深入剖析我国科学类师范生人才培养的过程。研究发现,科学类师范生的培养过程中存在着通识教育与专业教育、师范性与学术性以及理论与实践的等诸多矛盾和深层次问题。研究证明,本科生成绩单研究有利于我们深度剖析和把握科学类师范生人才培养的过程性问题,也为教育质量的切实提高提供有益参考。The quality of science normal students’cultivation is not only related to the quality of these future teachers themselves,but also plays a key role in the quality of science education for the whole country.An undergraduate’s transcript is symbolized as a reflection of the talents cultivation quality,which leads it to a new way to analyze the developing process of these students.Based on the transcripts and interview data of some undergraduates in some science programs of Z University,the cultivation of these future science teachers was analyzed with both the textual analysis and interviewing research methods.It was found that there were some deep but native paradoxes in their cultivation,such as the conflicts between general and professional education,teacher training and academic developing,and the theoretic knowledge acquisition and the practice building as well.It proves that the undergraduates transcripts are good for a deeper analysis of the problems of science normal students,which also provide a useful reference for the improvement of education quality.
