摘 要:链斗式连续卸船机是港口作业的常用机械,前部的链传动系统从船舱提升货物完成卸料的第一步,对卸船效率有重要影响。链传动系统由于存在多边形效应,啮合时会引发链条振动,产生冲击,因此分析链传动冲击载荷是链传动系统动力学研究的重要内容。采用赫兹接触理论计算链轮啮合冲击的理论值;建立Recurdyn-EDEM耦合的连续卸船机链传动系统动力学模型,在考虑物料冲击的工况下对链轮链条的啮合效应进行仿真,计算链轮链条的啮合冲击幅值,分析冲击变化情况;并将不同转速下的链轮冲击情况和卸船效率进行对比。结果表明:在考虑间隙、链条变形的因素下,链传动系统中链轮的动态冲击载荷大于静态时理论计算值;链轮转速对链条冲击存在一定的影响,转速越大,啮合冲击作用力越大;连续卸船机卸船效率与链轮转速基本成正比。Bucket continuous ship unloaders are a common machine used in port operations,and its front chain drive system is the equipment used in the first step of unloading of lifting cargos,which has an important impact on the efficiency of ship unloading.Due to polygon effect in the chain drive system,chain vibration and impact will be caused when meshing.Therefore,analyzing the impact load of chain drive is an important issue in the dynamics research of the chain drive system.Hertz contact theory was adopted to calculate the theoretical value of sprocket meshing impact.The dynamic mechanical model of the transmission system of the continuous ship unloader chain coupled by Recurdyn-EDEM was established,and the meshing effect of the sprocket chain was simulated in consideration of the material impact,so as to calculate the amplitude of the meshing impact of the sprocket chain and analyze the change of the impact.The sprocket impact and unloading efficiency at different speeds were compared.Results show that the dynamic impact load of sprocket in chain drive system is larger than the theoretical value in static state when considering clearance and chain deformation.The rotational speed of sprocket has certain influence on chain impact.The higher the rotational speed,the greater the meshing impact force.The unloading efficiency of continuous ship unloader is basically proportional to the speed of sprocket.
