摘  要:本文以滇金石斛(Flickingeria albopurpurea)成熟未开裂果实中的种子作为外植体,首次建立其组织培养再生体系,为后续其药理活性研究提供支持。实验结果表明:最适合种子萌发的培养基为MS培养基+0.1 mg·L^(-1)NAA+1.0 mg·L^(-1)6-BA,培养50 d可明显看到种子膨大萌发出饱满绿色的原球茎。MS培养基添加0.5 mg·L^(-1)NAA和0.5 mg·L^(-1)6-BA适合原球茎(类原球茎)增殖,分化系数高,为4.06倍。滇金石斛原球茎(类原球茎)壮苗生根最适为MS培养基+0.5 mg·L^(-1)NAA+0.5 mg·L^(-1)IBA,生根率97.67%,生根数5.53条,根长0.54 cm,叶片颜色翠绿、幼苗长势良好。In this paper,the seeds from mature uncracked fruits of Flickingeria albopurpurea were used as explants to establish its tissue culture regeneration system for the first time,which provided support for subsequent studies on its pharmacological activity.The experimental results showed that the most suitable medium for seed germination was MS+0.1 mg·L^(-1)NAA+1.0 mg·L^(-1)6-BA,seeds could be seen to expand and germinate into plump green protocorms after 50 days.MS medium supplemented with 0.5mg·L^(-1)NAA and 0.5 mg·L^(-1)6-BA was suitable for protocorm (protocorm-like bodies) proliferation and differentiation coefficient was 4.06 times.The optimal rooting and strong seedlings of F.albopurpurea was MS+0.5 mg·L^(-1)NAA+0.5 mg·L^(-1)IBA,the rooting rate was 97.67%,the rooting number was 5.53,the roots were 0.54 cm long,the leaves were emerald green,and the seedlings grew well.
