摘　　要：滤泡辅助性T(Tfh)细胞是CD4^(+)T细胞的亚群之一,能够促进B细胞分化成浆细胞产生抗体,参与抗体的类别转换,在次级淋巴滤泡中发挥重要作用。近年来研究发现在干燥综合征患者血液、唾液腺中Tfh细胞频数增加,且与疾病的进程和严重程度有关,我们主要总结了Tfh细胞的分化过程,阐述Tfh细胞在干燥综合征中的分布及潜在的治疗意义,并探讨Tfh细胞的作用机制。T follicular helper(Tfh) cells, one of the subsets of CD4^(+) T cells, play a crucial role in follicles of secondary lymphoid organs. Mature Tfh cells promote the differentiation of B cells into long-lived plasma cells and facilitate immunoglobulin class switch recombination. Recent studies have shown that patients with Sj?gren’s Syndrome have an increased frequency of Tfh cells in the blood and salivary glands, which are related to the course and severity of the disease. We provides an overview of the differentiation process of Tfh cells, with an emphasis on the distribution, mechanism of action and potential therapeutic importance of Tfh cells in Sj?gren’s syndrome.
