摘　　要：咳嗽变异性哮喘是儿科常见病之一,属中医学“哮咳”“风咳”“咳嗽”等范畴,其临床表现以咳嗽为首要或唯一症状,是一种咳性哮喘,无显著喘息、哮鸣等典型哮喘的症状或体征。目前本病发病机制尚未完全阐明,有研究表明与免疫、遗传、环境、饮食、季节等因素有关,近年来发病率呈逐年增加趋势。因本病病程冗长,症状易于反复,严重影响了患儿的身心健康及生活质量,故寻求有效的治法受到广泛关注。王有鹏教授致力于中医儿科临床及科研工作30余年,总结多年自身临证经验,认为本病乃为风邪犯肺,痰瘀伏络所致,故从致病因素、证候特点、临床疗效等角度出发,提出从咽论治,遵《素问·阴阳应象大论篇》“治病必求于本”的学术思想,采用祛风利咽,化痰祛瘀利咽,养阴利咽兼以化瘀的同时,配合治肺、调脾、补肾等法,标本兼顾,在临床实践中取得了显著疗效。Cough variant asthma is one of the common diseases in pediatrics.It belongs to the categories of“asthma cough”,“wind cough”and“cough”in traditional Chinese medicine.Its clinical manifestations are cough as the primary or only symptom.It is a kind of cough asthma,without obvious symptoms or signs of typical asthma such as wheezing.At present,the pathogenesis of this disease has not been fully elucidated.Studies have shown that it is related to factors such as immunity,genetics,environment,diet and seasons.In recent years,the incidence has been increasing year by year.Due to the lengthy course of the disease and the easy recurrence of symptoms,it seriously affects the physical and mental health and quality of life of the children.Therefore,the search for an effective treatment method has attracted widespread attention.Professor WANG Youpeng has devoted himself to the clinical and scientific research of pediatrics of traditional Chinese medicine for more than 30 years.He has summed up his own clinical experience for many years and believes that the disease is caused by wind pathogens invading lung and phlegm and blood stasis in collaterals.Therefore,from the perspectives of pathogenic factors,symptom characteristics and clinical efficacy,he puts forward the treatment from pharynx and follows the academic thought that“the treatment of diseases must be based on the root”in Suwen·Yin and Yang Yingxiang Dalun.He uses the methods of dispelling wind and promoting throat function,resolving phlegm and blood stasis and promoting throat function,and nourishing Yin and promoting throat function and removing blood stasis at the same time,combined with treating lung,regulating spleen and invigorating kidney,etc.,taking into account the specimens,and has achieved remarkable curative effect in clinical practice.
