从医案分析王庆国对痛风的证治思路

摘　　要：痛风是困扰现代人们的常见疾病之一,临床主要表现为手足关节的疼痛或痛风石的形成,中医学的“痹证”可与之对应。王庆国教授为国家级名医,学验俱丰,精于对风湿免疫类疾病的辨证施治,尤其对痛风的治疗积累了丰富的临床经验。通过王教授治疗急、慢性痛风医案两则分析出其对本病独具特色的辨证论治思路,主要包括以下五个方面:汇中西,病证结合方周全;明病势,把握时机早截断;辨虚实,正邪兼顾巧施药;求平衡,阴阳并重莫偏倚;追穷寇,守方续服慎收兵。Gout is one of the common diseases that perplex modern people.Its clinical manifestation is the pain of hand and foot joints or the formation of gout stones.The“arthralgia syndrome”of traditional Chinese medicine can correspond to it.Professor WANG Qingguo is a national famous doctor with rich knowledge and experience.He is skilled in the syndrome differentiation and treatment of rheumatic immune diseases,especially in the treatment of gout,and has accumulated rich clinical experience.Through Professor WANG's two medical cases of treating acute and chronic gout,this paper analyzed his unique thinking of syndrome differentiation and treatment of this disease,which mainly included the following five aspects:integrating Chinese and Western medicine,combining disease and syndrome,and making a comprehensive prescription;understanding the disease situation and seizing the opportunity to cut it off early;distinguishing deficiency and excess,taking care of both vital Qi and evils,and applying medicine skillfully;seeking the balance,paying equal attention to Yin and Yang;eliminating the poor evils and taking the prescriptions continuously and carefully withdrawing the medicine.
