消癥丸治疗气滞血瘀痰凝型乳腺增生病的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察评价消癥丸治疗气滞血瘀痰凝型乳腺增生病的临床效果及安全性。方法纳入符合标准的乳腺增生病患者80例,采用前瞻性、干涉性临床试验,所有患者在心理疏导及健康宣教等一般治疗基础上加上口服消癥丸,治疗2个月经周期,治疗结束后对患者治疗前后临床症状、体征、辅助检查及不良反应等进行统计分析比较。结果治疗总有效率为86.67%(65/75),经治疗,患者乳房疼痛时间、疼痛程度,乳房肿块大小、硬度、分布范围及中医症状积分等较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05),该研究的主要不良反应为胃肠道反应(16%,12/75),经观察及对症处理后均缓解或消失。结论消癥丸可显著改善乳房疼痛及肿块情况,改善气滞血瘀痰凝伴随症状,具有良好的临床疗效,且安全性较高。Objective To observe the clinical effect and safety of Xiaozheng Pill(消癥丸)in treatment of mammary gland hyperplasia(MGH)with syndrome of Qi stagnation and blood stasis and phlegm coagulation.Methods Eighty patients with MGH were diagnosed and selected and a prospective and interventional clinical trial was conducted.All patients were treated with Xiaozheng Pill on the foundation treatment of psychological counseling and health education for 2 menstrual cycles.After two months of treatment,the clinical effects of patients before and after treatment were statistically analyzed and compared.Results The total effective rate was 86.67%(65/75).The number of days and scores of breast pain,breast lumps,hardness,distribution range and TCM symptoms after treatment were significantly improved(P<0.05).The main adverse reactions in this study were gastrointestinal reactions(16%,12/75),which were relieved or disappeared after observation and symptomatic treatment.Conclusion Xiaozheng Pill can significantly relieve the breast pain and lumps,and improve the accompanying syndrome of Qi stagnation and blood stasis and phlegm coagulation.It has good clinical efficacy and safety.
