针刺联合补阳还五汤对脑卒中后小便频数的影响

摘　　要：目的研究针刺联合补阳还五汤辅助西医治疗气虚血瘀型脑卒中患者的临床疗效及其对小便频数的影响。方法选取该院2015年1月—2021年1月收治的脑卒中患者70例。将其按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组35例,对照组患者接受西医常规治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上使用针刺联合补阳还五汤辅助治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效、中医证候积分(半身不遂、口舌歪斜、言语謇涩或不语、感觉减退或消失等)以及小便频数评分等。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率显著高于对照组患者(P<0.05);接受治疗后,两组患者各中医证候积分均显著降低(P<0.05),其中观察组患者治疗后各中医证候积分均显著低于对照组患者(P<0.05);接受治疗后,两组患者尿急、排尿次数及夜尿评分均显著降低(P<0.05),其中观察组患者治疗后尿急、排尿次数及夜尿评分均显著低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论针刺联合补阳还五汤辅助治疗可有效改善脑卒中后小便频数。Objective To study the clinical curative effect of acupuncture combined with Buyang Huanwu Decoction(补阳还五汤)on patients with stroke of Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome and its influences on urination frequency.Methods A total of 70 patients with stroke admitted to the hospital were enrolled between January 2015 and January 2021.According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group and control group,35 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with routine western medicine,while those in the observation group were treated with acupuncture and Buyang Huanwu Decoction on basis of the control group.The clinical curative effect,scores of TCM syndromes(hemiplegia,deviation of the eye and mouth,stiff tongue,dysphasia or aphasia,decline or disappearance of sensation)and urination frequency were compared between the two groups.Results The total response rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,scores of TCM syndromes in both groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),which were significantly lower in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of urgent urination,urination frequency and nocturia in both groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),which were significantly lower in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with Buyang Huanwu Decoction can effectively improve the urination frequency after stroke.
