摘 要:阅读能力成为新时代的核心能力之一,家庭成为影响儿童阅读能力发展的主要因素之一,公共图书馆在推广阅读方面有独特作用。以国家相关政策和互联网思维理论为依据,建构了“互联网+”时代“公共图书馆—家庭—幼儿园三位一体”的早期阅读推广模式。该模式以互联网、公共图书馆、家庭和幼儿园为核心要素,以互联网思维理论为内部运作机理,以“优劣互补”原则糅合四大要素的优势领域——家庭可成为早期阅读开展的中心,幼儿园可为家庭亲子阅读提供专业指导,公共图书馆可为早期阅读提供优质资源与服务,“互联网+教育”技术的发展使三者能够紧密结合、融为一体。该模式的实践策略为:公共图书馆主导建设与管理图书资源库;家庭为主体积极落实早期阅读活动;幼儿园主动夯实家庭亲子阅读指导与服务;“三位一体”扎实推进线下阅读。Reading ability has become one of the core abilities in the new era.Family has become one of the main factors affecting the development of children’s reading ability.Public library plays a unique role in promoting reading.The “public library-family-kindergarten integrated mode” of early reading promotion in “Internet+” era is constructed in this essay,based on the state related policies and Internet thinking theory.This mode takes the Internet,public libraries,families and kindergartens as the core elements,the Internet thinking theory as the internal operation mechanism,and the “complementation of advantages and disadvantages” as principle to integrate the advantages of four elements.Families can become the center of early reading.Kindergartens can provide professional guidance for family parent-child reading.The public libraries can provide high-quality resources and services for early reading.The development of “Internet+ education ” technology enables the three to integrate highly closely.The practical paths of this mode are as follows:Public libraries lead the construction and management of reading resources.Families are the main body to implement early reading actively.Kindergartens forwardly strengthen family parent-child reading guidance and services.The "Trinity" solidly promotes offline reading.
