摘 要:机械式停车设备是一种可多层停车的集成化装备,对于解决大型城市静态交通问题起到了重要作用。本文针对机械式停车设备的运行特点,提出基于马尔可夫链模型的机械式停车设备安全评估方法。以垂直升降类机械式停车设备为典型案例,从结构、机构、主要零部件、电气系统、安全保护装置5个方面,开展矩阵单元化的危险识别、风险估计,综合理论计算、有限元分析、试验测试的数据,基于马尔可夫链模型确定系统安全状况等级。结果表明该方法具有良好的工程应用价值,为提升机械式停车设备的安全性和可靠性奠定了理论基础。Mechanical parking equipment is an integrated equipment that can be used for multi-storey parking,and it plays an important role in solving the static traffic problems in large cities.According to the operation characteristics of mechanical parking equipment,a safety evaluation method of mechanical parking equipment based on Markov chain model was proposed.Taking the vertical hoisting mechanical parking equipment as a typical case,from the aspects of structure,mechanism,main parts,electrical system and safety protection device,the risk identification and risk assessment of matrix unit were carried out,and the data of theoretical calculation,finite element analysis and experimental test were integrated,and the safety level of the system was determined based on Markov chain model.Results show that this method has good engineering application value,and lays a theoretical foundation for improving the safety and reliability of mechanical parking equipment.
