摘 要:覆岩隔离注浆充填技术是控制煤矿开采沉陷和实现建筑物下压煤开采的一种有效方法。针对临涣煤矿Ⅱ3采区建(构)筑物压覆条件及地质开采条件,提出了无煤柱连续开采注浆充填减损方案。注浆充填减损效果模拟结果表明,多工作面覆岩隔离注浆充填开采后,地表变形值可控制在0.8 mm/m以内,处于I级变形。本研究制定了采区覆岩隔离注浆充填试验方案,并进行了现场试验及监测,3个工作面共充填粉煤灰38万t,累计采出压煤煤量130.6万t。钻孔内部岩移监测表明,注浆充填起到了很好的压下托上作用;地表沉陷观测表明,累计地表最大下沉335.1 mm,地面建筑物均得到有效保护。该项试验为多工作面开采条件下地面建(构)筑物注浆充填保护提供了理论及实践基础。Isolated overburden grout injection is an effective method to control subsidence and achieve coal mining under buildings.This paper proposes a grouting scheme to reduce damage for non-pillar continuous mining in view of the complex overburden conditions and geological mining conditions in mining area Ⅱ3 of Linhuan Mine.The simulation results show that:after the isolated overburden grout injection of multiple working face,the maximum surface deformation can be controlled within 0.8 mm/m(i.e.level I deformation).Then,a test plan for the isolated overburden grout injection was developed,and field tests and monitoring were carried out.Fly ash filled in all three working faces was 380,000 tonnes and the cumulative amount of recovered coal under buildings was 1,306,000 tonnes.Monitoring of the rock movement inside boreholes showed that the grout injection played a role of pressing down and holding up;the observation of surface subsidence showed that the maximum cumulative surface subsidence was 335.1 mm and the buildings were effectively protected.This test could provide a theoretical and practical basis for the protection of ground building(structures) with grout injection under multi-working face mining conditions.
