摘  要:制丝线在卷烟工艺中属于关键性的一道工序,该环节的工作水平将会对最终的卷烟质量产生决定性影响。本文基于正交试验对这道工序的相关参量和烟丝填充值、整丝率及其通过卷烟机处理之后的这两个参数之间的关系进行分析,采取机器学习方法,探索最优的参数组合。本文通过研究得出以下结论:第一,其他相关参量对烟丝整丝率减小带来明显作用;烟丝填充值则深受烘丝机滚筒速度的影响,可以深入影响到该填充值降低参数。其他相关参量对烟丝整丝率没有明显作用;叶丝增温增湿机(HT)开度对烟丝填充值及其降低并没有显著作用,另外,松散回潮出口含水率也没有明显影响。第二,通过试验得出最优的组合为:HT开度、烘丝机滚筒速度、出口含水率对应的值分别为74.0%、每分钟13转、18.5%至20.5%之间。The processing line is a key process in the cigarette technology.The working level of this link will have a decisive impact on the final quality of the cigarette.Based on the orthogonal experiment,this paper analyzes the correlation parameters of this process,the filling value of cut tobacco,the percentage of cut tobacco and the relationship between these two parameters after being processed by cigarette machine,and adopts the machine learning method,searching for the best combination of parameters.The conclusions are as follows:First,other relevant parameters have an obvious effect on the cut tobacco rate reduction,and the filling value of cut tobacco is greatly affected by the drum speed of the dryer,which can deeply influence the filling value to reduce the parameters.The other parameters had no significant effect on the percentage of cut tobacco,the opening of HT had no significant effect on the filling value and the percentage of moisture at loose moisture regain exit.Secondly,the optimal combination of HT opening,drum speed and outlet moisture content is 74.0%,13 revolutions per minute and 18.5% to 20.5%,respectively.
