摘　　要：人源化实验动物模型具有与人更为接近的生理病理特征,在肿瘤精准治疗、药物研发、抗体开发等生物医药领域有广泛的应用价值,但缺乏质量控制标准限制了其应用。因此,对人源化实验动物模型质量进行系统研究有助于推动其在生物医药领域的应用。The physiological and pathological characteristics of humanized experimental animal models are similar to those of humans,which have been widely used in the biomedical fields,such as tumor precision therapy,drug research and development,and antibody development.However,the lack of quality control standards limits their application.Systematic study on the quality of humanized experimental animal models helps promote their application in the biomedical industry.
