摘　　要：免疫检查点抑制剂(ICIs)近年来在肿瘤治疗领域取得突出成就,主要是细胞程序性死亡受体-1/细胞程序性死亡配体-1抑制剂和细胞毒性T淋巴细胞相关抗原-4抑制剂相关的研究。对于应用ICIs的肿瘤患者,因进行化疗前预处理、缓解肿瘤并发症、处理免疫相关不良事件(irAEs)或增强抗肿瘤效果等,常需联合糖皮质激素、抗菌药物、抗血管生成药等,而这些药物是否会影响ICIs的疗效,目前有研究进行了探索,本文就此对ICIs疗效影响因素进行系统综述。The research on immune checkpoint inhibitors(ICIs)in the anti-tumor therapy has made great progress.Programmed death-1/ligand-1(PD-1/PD-L1)and cytotoxic T lymphocyte antigen(CTLA-4)are the most important ones.For tumor patients undergoing ICIs,due to pre-treatment before chemotherapy,alleviation of tumor complications,treatment of immune-related adverse events or enhancement of anti-tumor effects,combination with glucocorticoid,antibacteria-l,and antiangiogenic drugs,etc.is needed.However,whether these drugs affect the efficacy of ICIs has been explored in some studies.This paper reviews the influence factors of ICIs efficacy.
