摘  要:目的建立网络鸡血藤根HPLC指纹图谱,为网络鸡血藤根药材质量差异和评价提供参考依据。方法采用高效液相色谱-二极管阵列检测器测定10批不同产地的网络鸡血藤根药材,并进行相似度评价、聚类分析和主成分分析。结果建立了网络鸡血藤根HPLC指纹图谱的共有模式,确认17个共有峰,并根据对照品指认1个共有峰。10批药材相似度均大于0.8,相似度分析结果与聚类分析结果基本一致。主成分分析表明,色谱峰1、3、6、13、16可作为网络鸡血藤根质量评价的指标成分,其中13号峰为芒柄花素。结论HPLC指纹图谱结合聚类分析和主成分分析可以快速、高效地评价网络鸡血藤根药材的质量,为网络鸡血藤根药材的质量控制提供科学依据。Objective To establish the HPLC fingerprint of Millettia reticulata radix to provide reference for the quality difference and evaluation.Methods HPLC-DAD was used to determine 10 groups of Millettia reticulata radix of different origins.Similarity evaluation,cluster analysis and principal component analysis were carried conducted.Results The HPLC fingerprint of Millettia reticulata radix has been established with 17 common peaks.One of the common peaks was identified.The similarity of Millettia reticulata radix was higher than 0?.8.The similarity evaluation was consistent with the cluster analysis.The principal component analysis showed that the common peak 1,3,6,13,16 could be used as the index components for the quality evaluation of Millettia reticulata radix.Peak 13 was formononetin.Conclusion HPLC fingerprints combined with cluster analysis and principal component analysis can quickly and objectively evaluate the quality of Millettia reticulata radix,and provide a scientific basis for its quality control.
