摘 要:目的建立电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-AES)法同时测定牙膏中多种元素的含量。方法采用微波溶解法进行样品前处理,ICP-AES法同时测定牙膏中Al、Ba、Ca、Cu、Fe、K、Mg、Mn、Na、Ni、Sr、Ti、Zn等13种元素的含量,以外标法计算。结果对于所测元素,在一定浓度内线性关系良好,标准曲线相关系数r≥0.9955;重复性试验的RSD在2.5%~8.5%(n=6);低、中、高浓度加样回收率(n=3)在86.4%~108.9%;方法检测限在0.02~5 mg·kg^(-1)。结论该方法灵敏度高、专属性强、简便、快速、准确,适用于牙膏中多种元素的含量测定。Objective To establish an ICP-AES method for the quantitative analysis of multiple elements in efficacy toothpaste.Methods Microwave digestion was used for the sample pre-treatment.The contents of 13 elements in the toothpaste,including Al,Ba,Ca,Cu,Fe,K,Mg,Mn,Na,Ni,Sr,Ti,and Zn were determined by ICP-AES.The external standard method was used for the quantitative analysis.Results The linear relationship was good at a certain concentration range and the correlation coefficient of the calibration curve was over 0.9955 for all the analyzed elements.The RSD of the repeatability test ranged from 2.5%to 8.5%(n=6).The recovery of low,medium and high concentration(n=3)ranged from 86.4%to 108.9%.The detection limit of the method ranged from 0.02 to 5 mg·kg^(-1).Conclusion The method is rapid,specific,simple,sensitive and accurate.It is suitable for the determination of multiple elements in toothpaste.
