摘　　要：目的探讨构建儿科24 h静脉用药集中调配管理体系,为儿童患者提供24 h同质化、高标准的静脉用药调配服务,保障儿童群体静脉用药安全。方法通过前期项目建设设计、信息系统支持设计、工作流程设计和人力资源统筹安排等举措,构建一套合理、完善的儿科24 h静脉用药集中调配管理体系。结果构建了一套基本符合儿童静脉用药特点、能满足儿科临床静脉药物治疗需求、24 h不间断工作的静脉用药集中调配管理体系,涵盖了项目设计、建设、运营、质控和管理多个环节。结论该体系将同质化和精细化的管理理念贯穿儿科静脉用药调配的全过程,全方位提高儿童静脉用药质量,降低药物不良反应和医疗风险,可为同行开展儿科静脉用药调配工作提供参考。Objective To provide 24 h homogeneous and high-standard pharmacy intravenous admixture service for pediatric patients,and to ensure the safety of intravenous drug use in children.Methods Through the project construction design,information system support,workflow design and overall arrangement of human resources,a reasonable and complete set of 24 h pharmacy intravenous admixture service management system was expected for pediatric patients.Results A management system for pharmacy intravenous admixture services that conformd to the characteristics of intravenous drugs for children was established met the needs of pediatric clinical intravenous drug treatment,working 24 h a day.Conclusion The system applies the management concepts of homogeneity and refinement throughout the process of pharmacy intravenous admixture services for pediatric patients,improves the quality of children’s intravenous drug use and reduces adverse drug reactions.
