摘　　要：该文运用日本厚生劳动省历年发布的政策、数据,探究相应法律基础、人才政策与职业通道对养老护理人才培养的促进作用。同时,对其培养体系、培养思路进行梳理与系统分析,明晰了我国建立多元化、多层次的养老护理人才培养所需要的三大基础条件。By referring to the policies and data released by the Ministry of Health,Labor and Welfare in Japan over the years,we explored the legal basis,talent policies and career pathway in promoting the talents training in geriatric care.At the same time,we systematically analyzed the system and thoughts embedded in their training,and clarified the three basic prerequisites to establish a diversified and multi-level training of talents in geriatric care in China.
