摘　　要：美国是较早使用流动护士的国家,经验表明使用流动护士是解决医院护理人员短缺的办法。该文对美国医院流动护士的准入管理、人员调配、培训管理、护理质量控制、薪酬管理5个方面进行介绍,并对我国多点执业护士管理提出建议,以期为我国护士多点执业的实施提供参考。Float nurses are early adopted in the United States.The practice of float nurse has shown that float nurses setting is a solution to the shortage of hospital nurses.This paper introduced the admission management,personnel management,training management,nursing quality control and salary management of the float nurses in American hospitals.Suggestions were proposed to provide reference for the implementation of multi-site nurse practitioners in China.
