介入溶栓治疗对外周动脉阻塞性病变患者血流动力学及安全性的影响

摘　　要：目的分析介入溶栓治疗对外周动脉阻塞性病变患者血流动力学及安全性的影响。方法根据临床治疗方案的差异,将我院2019年1月至2020年12月收治的60例外周动脉阻塞性病变患者分为常规组(30例,常规药物治疗)和介入组(30例,介入溶栓治疗)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果介入组的治疗总有效率显著高于常规组(P<0.05)。介入组的溶栓时间及住院时间短于常规组,尿激酶使用量少于常规组(P<0.05)。治疗后,介入组的脑血流动力学指标显著优于常规组(P<0.05)。介入组的四肢麻木、短时间失语、感觉障碍发生率均显著低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论介入溶栓治疗应用于外周动脉阻塞性病变患者中的效果显著,可促进机体血流动力学恢复,且安全性较高。Objective To analyze the effects of hemodynamics and safety of interventional thrombolytic therapy for patients with peripheral artery obstructive disease.Methods Sixty patients with peripheral artery obstructive disease admitted in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were divided into conventional group(30 cases,conventional drug therapy)and interventional group(30 cases,interventional thrombolytic therapy)according to the difference of clinical treatment regimen.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the interventional group was significantly higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).The thrombolysis time and hospital stay in the interventional group were shorter than those in the conventional group,and the usage amount of urokinase was less than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).After treatment,the cerebral hemodynamic indexes of the interventional group were significantly better than those of the conventional group(P<0.05).The incidences of limb numbness,short-term aphasia and sensory disturbance in the interventional group were significantly lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Interventional thrombolytic therapy has remarkable effect in patients with peripheral artery obstructive disease,which can promote the recovery of body’s hemodynamics,with high safety.
