摘  要:目的探讨3D打印技术在高能踝关节骨折脱位治疗中的应用效果。方法选取2020年1月至2021年1月西安国际医学中心医院收治的70例踝关节骨折脱位患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各35例。对照组给予常规手术治疗,观察组给予3D打印技术手术治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的手术时间、骨折愈合时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,术后1、3个月的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。术后3个月,观察组的疼痛、运动功能、活动度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。术后3个月,观察组的世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表(WHOQOL-BREF)各维度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论3D打印技术在高能踝关节骨折脱位患者治疗中的应用效果显著,可缩短骨折愈合时间,提高踝部运动功能和生活质量,且治疗安全性良好。Objective To explore the application effect of 3D printing technique in the treatment of patients with high energy ankle fracture and dislocation.Methods A total of 70 patients with ankle fracture and dislocation admitted in Xi’an International Medical Center Hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with35 cases in each group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The operation time and fracture healing time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group,and the Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score at 1 and 3 months after operation was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).At 3 months after operation,the scores of pain,motor function and activity in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).At 3 months after operation,the scores of each dimension of World Health Organization Quality of Life-BREF(WHOQOL-BREF)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion 3D printing technology in the treatment of patients with high energy ankle fracture and dislocation has remarkable application effect,which can shorten the fracture healing time,and improve the ankle motor function and quality of life,with good treatment safety.
