摘　　要：目的探讨FE牙膏结合Bass刷牙法在自理能力A级患者口腔护理中的应用效果。方法选取2018年9月至2020年7月汉中市人民医院神经内科收治的60例自理能力A级患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组和试验组,各30例。对照组以棉球擦洗法进行口腔护理,试验组以FE牙膏结合Bass刷牙法进行口腔护理。比较两组的Beck口腔评分(BOAS)评分、牙菌斑指数、软垢指数、口腔异味程度、全程时间、口腔护理操作时间及材料费用。结果干预后第3、5天,试验组的BOAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后第1、3、5天,试验组的牙菌斑指数低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后第1、3、5天,试验组的软垢指数低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后第5天,试验组的口腔异味程度评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的全程时间、口腔护理操作时间无明显差异(P>0.05);试验组的材料费用低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论FE牙膏结合BASS刷牙法用于自理能力A级患者口腔护理中可减少牙菌斑及软垢,去除口腔异味,提高口腔健康状况。Objective To explore the application effect of FE toothpaste combined with Bass brushing method in oral care of patients with self-care ability A level.Methods A total of 60 patients with self-care ability A level admitted in the neurology department of Hanzhong People’s Hospital from September 2018 to July 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into control group and experimental group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received oral care by cotton ball brushing,and the experimental group received oral care by FE toothpaste combined with Bass brushing method.The Beck Oral Assessment Scale(BOAS),dental plaque index,debris index,degree of oral odor,whole course time,oral care operation time and material cost were compared between the two groups.Results On the 3rd and 5th day after intervention,the BOAS score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).On the 1st,3rd and 5th days after intervention,the dental plaque index of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).On the 1st,3rd and 5th days after intervention,the debris index of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).On the 5th day after intervention,the degree of oral odor score in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the whole process time and oral care operation time between the two groups(P>0.05);the material cost of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion FE toothpaste combined with Bass brushing method applied in oral care of patients with self-care ability A level can reduce dental plaque and debris,remove oral odor and improve oral health.
