摘　　要：介绍陈湘君教授运用扶正法治疗系统性红斑狼疮及其并发症的经验。认为系统性红斑狼疮发病以肝肾精血亏虚为本,邪热亢盛为标,日久耗伤阳气,阴阳俱虚,变证乃生。陈教授治疗系统性红斑狼疮及其并发症时善用黄芪、生地黄、黄精等药物,以扶正法为基本原则,结合病因病机特点,平衡阴阳,兼顾变证。并附验案1则。This article introduced professor Chen Xiangjun’s experience in the treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus and its complications. It was concluded that the pathogenesis of systemic lupus erythematosus was based on deficiency of liver and kidney yin and marked by hyperactivity of evil heat. After a long illness,yang qi was exhausted and both yin and yang were weakened,which caused the changes in the disease. In the treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus and its complications,professor Chen made good use of traditional Chinese medicines such as Astragali Radix,Rehmanniae Radix,Polygonati Rhizoma,etc.. The treatment was based on the therapy of strengthening body resistance,then balancing yin and yang and giving consideration to the varying syndromes. A proven case was presented.
