摘 要:为了研究多元曲线牵伸装置工艺参数对成纱品质的影响,采用正交试验优化了多元曲线牵伸技术的罗拉隔距、胶辊直径、中胶辊压力和隔距块大小等工艺参数。利用多元曲线牵伸技术优化工艺和环锭纺皮圈牵伸技术工艺纺制了14.7 tex JC/T 60/40混纺纱。研究发现:多元曲线牵伸技术纺纱质量稳定;同环锭纺细纱质量相比,纱线条干不匀、强力和毛羽存在极显著性改善,粗节、细节和棉结等常发性疵点存在显著性改善;多元曲线牵伸技术有利于减小加捻三角区,从而对成纱捻系数有极显著性提升。In order to investigate the influence of process parameters of the multivariate curve drafting device on yarn quality, orthogonal experiment is used to optimize the process parameters of multivariate curve drafting technology, such as front roller spacer, middle top roller diameters, pressures of middle top roller and spacer sizes. The 14.7 tex JC/T 60/40 blended yarns are spun by optimized multi-curve drafting technology and ring spinning aprons drafting technology. The results show that compared with ring spinning technology, the spinning process of the modified drafting device is stable and the quality of yarn produced by the modified drafting device significantly improves in the aspects of yarn unevenness, strength and hairiness. The improvement of yarn strength, imperfections and hairiness could be explained that the novel drafting device is beneficial to reduce the twist triangle and significantly improve the twist coefficient of yarns.
