摘  要:设计生产了一种阻燃冬季飞行服面料,集成了阻燃、耐磨、透气、防风、防水、拒油、防静电等综合功能,可用于空勤飞行服的研制。面料采用永久阻燃芳纶,添加了导电纤维,通过紧密纺纺纱工艺,并在后期采用耐高温PTFE膜。性能测试结果显示,面料可满足全部防护性能的要求。A kind of flame retardant winter flight clothing fabric is designed and produced, which integrates the comprehensive functions of flame retardant, wear-resistant, breathable, windproof and waterproof, oil repellent and anti-static color, and could be used for the development of flight clothing. The fabric is made of permanent flame retardant aramid fiber with conductive fiber added. Through the compact spinning process, high temperature resistant PTFE film is adopted in the later stage. The performance test results show that the fabric could meet the requirements of all the protection performance.
