摘 要:为了改善医用防护面料的热湿舒适性,采用高吸水纤维、涤纶和相变微胶囊整理剂,通过针刺非织造、浸轧及面料复合工艺,制备了以高吸湿智能调温功能非织造布为内层、市售医用防护服面料为外层的高吸湿智能调温医用防护面料。当高吸水纤维/涤纶为60/40,整理液中相变微胶囊整理剂:蒸馏水(质量比)为1∶5,整理液轧余率100%时,复合面料的透湿量为16 751 g/m^(2)·d,蒸馏水、酸性汗液和碱性汗液的吸液率分别为47.8 g/g、43.5 g/g、44.2 g/g,高于市售医用防护服面料对应的2 659 g/(m^(2)·d)、0.7 g/g、0.8 g/g和0.8 g/g,防护性能可满足GB 19082—2009《医用一次性防护服技术要求》,且具有较好的调温性能。In order to improve the thermal and wet comfort of medical protective fabrics, high moisture absorption intelligent temperature regulating medical protective fabrics with high moisture absorption intelligent temperature regulating function nonwovens as the inner layer and medical protective clothing fabrics as the outer layer are prepared by using high moisture absorption fiber, polyester and phase-change microcapsule finishing agent through needling nonwovens, dip rolling and fabric composite processes. When the high water absorption fiber/polyester fiber is 60/40, the phase change microcapsule finishing agent: distilled water(mass ratio) in the finishing solution is 1∶5, and the pickup rate is 100%, the moisture permeability of the composite fabric is 16 751 g/m^(2)·d, and the liquid absorption rates of distilled water, acid sweat and alkaline sweat are 47.8 g/g, 43.5 g/g and 44.2 g/g respectively, which are higher than the corresponding 2 659 g/m^(2)·d, 0.7 g/g, 0.8 g/g and 0.8 g/g of the commercial medical protective clothing fabric. The protective performance of the fabric can meet the requirements of GB 19082—2009 Technical re for single-use protective clothing for medical use and has good temperature regulation performance.
