摘 要:为减少电磁辐射对人体的危害并保护个人隐私,设计并试织了双面异效三层织物用于防辐射窗帘的开发。以不锈钢纤维/涤纶混纺导电纱和普通涤纶纱为原料,通过改变织物接结点数和织物组织结构配合,设计出8种三层织物试样,包括平纹、二上二下破斜纹、二上二下纬重平等类型。测定不同织物试样的规格、导电性和弯曲刚度,以综合评价其用于防辐射窗帘的可能性。结果表明:设计的三层织物具有双面异效特征,且实现了中间层导电,表、里层不导电的织造要求,满足了防辐射窗帘耐磨、悬垂、遮光等性能要求。To reduce the harm of electromagnetic radiation to human body and protect personal privacy, a series of three-layer fabrics with different effect on both sides are designed and woven for the development of anti-radiation curtains. Using stainless steel fiber/polyester blended conductive yarn and ordinary polyester yarn as raw materials, eight kinds of three-layer fabrics are designed by changing the number of fabric joint groups and fabric structure, including plain, two-and-two broken twill, two-and-two weft rib. The specifications, electrical conductivity and bending stiffness of different fabric samples are measured to comprehensively evaluate the possibility of using them for radiation protection curtains. The results show that the designed three-layer fabrics have the characteristic of double-sided effect, realize the weaving requirements of conductive middle layer and non-conductive outer and inner layers, and meet the performance requirements of anti radiation curtain such as wear resistance, drape and shading.
