摘 要:将太极石涤纶短纤维与精梳棉进行小量试纺,因纤维易产生静电,在纺纱各工序中优化转速、牵伸倍数、捻度等工艺参数,开发出14.7 tex太极石涤纶/棉系列机织用纱。对纱线品质进行测试,比对不同混纺比纱线的性能,为太极石涤纶/棉新型机织面料的开发提供实践依据。A small amount of test spinning of Taiji stone polyester staple fiber and combed cotton is carried out. According to the characteristics of the new fiber, which is easy to generate static electricity and wind the fiber, the technological parameters such as rotating speed, drafting ratio and twist are continuously optimized in each spinning process, and the 4.7 tex Taiji stone polyester/cotton woven yarn is successfully developed. The yarn quality is tested, and the performance characteristics of each yarn with different blending ratios are compared. It can provide practical basis and technical support for the development of new woven fabrics of Taiji stone polyester/cotton.
