摘  要:针对V形复合绝缘子串风偏受力和变形的问题,在ABAQUS通用有限元软件中,利用弧长法对单肢复合绝缘子进行大挠度后屈曲分析。在此基础上,对V形复合绝缘子串进行理论受力推导,并与已有的有限元计算结果进行对比验证。得到受力与变形的对应关系,并基于此提出V形复合绝缘子串新型设计方法。最后得出,V形复合绝缘子串设计夹角可以由目前的不小于最大风偏角的2倍变更为不超过应力及位移限值所对应的角度。Aiming at the problem of wind deflection force and deformation of V-shaped composite insulator strings, the post buckling analysis on a single composite insulator is carried out by using arc length method in the ABAQUS general finite element software. On this basis, the V-shaped composite insulators theoretical force is derived and compared with the existing calculation results of the finite element method(FEM). The relationship between the stress and deformation is obtained, and a new design method of V-shaped composite insulator string is proposed on this basis. Finally, it is concluded that the design angle of V-string can be changed from no less than 2 times of the maximum wind yaw angle to no more than the angle corresponding to stress and displacement limits.
