语言服务产业与区域经济耦合机制构建研究

摘　　要：随着全球化的不断推进,语言服务产业作为新兴的第三产业迅速发展起来。语言服务对优化区域经济结构、强化区域经济软实力具有显著作用。语言服务促进区域经济发展,区域经济发展支撑语言服务,二者在资源、结构、环境、制度等多个方面耦合。区域经济发展同语言服务的良性耦合已成为促进区域经济发展的迫切需求。同时,语言服务产业仍处于起步阶段,与区域经济仍存在着非耦合现象,比如语言服务企业在耦合机制中的主体地位缺失、语言服务人才培养存在障碍等。针对这一问题,构建基于国家、协会、高校、企业四个维度的耦合机制,充分激发耦合机制内部要素活力,从而推动语言服务与区域经济互为促进的双螺旋式良性发展。With the advent of the era of globalization, language service industry, as an emerging tertiary industry, has developed rapidly. Language service plays a remarkable role in the optimization of regional economic structure and the strengthening of soft power of regional economy. Language service promotes the development of regional economy while the development of regional economy supports language service. Both of them have the coupling functions in resources,structure, environment and system. Benign coupling between regional economic development and language service has become the urgent need for promoting the development of regional economy. Meanwhile, language service industry is still in its infancy, and there still exist some non-coupling phenomena between language service industry and regional economy, that is, the lack of the main position of language service enterprises in the coupling mechanism and the obstacles to the cultivation of language service talents. Aiming at the non-coupling problem, the paper constructs the coupling mechanism based on four dimensions of country, association, university and enterprise to fully stimulate the vitality of internal factors of coupling mechanism and promote the sound double-helix development of language service and regional economy.
