摘　　要：为了研制在低温试验条件下符合国家标准要求并能进行冲击能量值传递的V型缺口标准冲击样品,采用真空感应炉冶炼40CrNi2Mo合金结构钢,对样品做热处理加工,然后切割成单个试样进行机械加工,并用单因素方差分析法(F检验法)对样品进行均匀性检验,邀请国内8家实验室参加定值分析。研制的标准样品在冶炼、锻造、热处理加工、均匀性检验、定值数据处理、不确定度评估以及稳定性考察方面均符合GB/T 15000《标准样品工作导则》和ISO相关导则要求。The purpose of this thesis is to develop a V-notch standard impact sample that is in line with the requirements of national standards and can transfer impact energy value under low temperature test conditions.The vacuum induction furnace was adopted to smelt the 40 CrNi2 Mo alloy structural steel, and the heat treatment processing was carried out on the samples, which was then cut into individual samples for machining.The one-way analysis of variance(F test method) was used to conduct the homogeneity test for samples, and 8 domestic laboratories were required to participate in the quantitative analysis.The results show that the developed standard samples are in line with the requirements of GB/T 15000 "Directives for the Work of Reference Materials" and relevant ISO guidelines in smelting, forging, heat treatment, homogeneity tests, fixed value data processing, uncertainty evaluation and stability inspection.
