摘  要:为了保证酶标分析仪检校结果的准确性和溯源性,研制了酶标分析仪灵敏度检校用溶液标准物质。采用重量-容量法制备标准物质并定值,对溶液标准物质的均匀性和储存过程的稳定性进行考察,评定了标准物质的量值的不确定度,并在日常的检校工作中得以应用。结果表明:酶标分析仪灵敏度检校用溶液标准物质的定值结果准确可靠,均匀性和稳定性良好,相对扩展不确定度为U=1%,k=2,有效期12个月,现已被批准为国家二级标准物质GBW(E)130691,为酶标分析仪检校结果的准确可靠提供重要保障。To ensure accuracy and traceability of the result of the ELISA analytical instrument,the reference material for sensitivity verification of the ELISA analytical instrument was developed.It was prepared by gravimetric-volume method.The homogeneity and stability of the reference material were investigated.The uncertainty of reference material was evaluated,which was applied in the verification work.The results showed that the value of the reference material was accurate and reliable with good homogeneity and stability.The uncertainty was U=1%,k=2,and the validity period was 12 months.It has been approved to GBW(E)130691,and it was providing important guarantee for the accuracy and reliability for the results of ELISA analytical instrument.
