摘　　要：针对传统电源控制器PCU(power conditioning unit)空间能量利用率低,工作域切换复杂,不利于分布式电源系统构建的问题,提出一种适用于分布式宇航电源系统的电源控制器及其功率调节技术。该技术可根据光照强度、载荷变化情况以及蓄电池放电深度等对系统工作模式进行判读和处理,保证电源控制器分时处于母线恒压控制、蓄电池恒流充电控制、蓄电池恒压充电控制和最大功率点跟踪MPPT(maximum power point tracking)控制4种工作模式,实现宇航电源系统的功率调节和母线控制。研制了两台500 W实验样机,实验结果表明,电源控制器在不同情况下输出母线稳定,为分布式宇航电源系统构建提供坚实的技术基础。The traditional power conditioning unit(PCU)has low space energy utilization and its switching modes of working domains are complex,which is not conducive to the construction of distributed power supply system.In this paper,a kind of PCU suitable for distributed aerospace power supply system and its power regulation technology are proposed.This technology can interpret and process the system’s operating modes according to the light intensity,load changes and battery discharge depth,so as to ensure that the PCU is in one of the four operating modes,i.e.,bus constant-voltage control,battery constant-current charging control,battery constant-voltage charging control and maximum power point tracking(MPPT)control.As a result,the power regulation and bus control of the aerospace power supply system is realized.Two 500 W experimental prototypes were developed,and experimental results show that the output bus of the PCU was stable under different conditions.The proposed technology provides a solid technical foundation for the construction of distributed aerospace power supply system.
