饲粮蛋白质水平对成年贵宾犬采食量、体重和血清生化指标的影响

摘　　要：该试验旨在研究2种不同蛋白质水平的饲粮对成年贵宾犬采食量、体重和血清生化指标的影响。选取3周岁体重相近的健康成年贵宾犬18只,分成2组,每组9只。两组分别饲喂蛋白质水平为25%和28%的饲粮。结果表明:饲粮蛋白质水平对成年贵宾犬的采食量和体重均无显著影响(P>0.05);饲粮蛋白质水平没有显著影响成年贵宾犬血清中的总蛋白、白蛋白、球蛋白、葡萄糖、胆固醇含量(P>0.05),蛋白质水平为28%组中的尿素氮含量显著高于25%组(P<0.05)。由此可见,在该试验条件下,饲粮蛋白质水平对成年贵宾犬采食量、体重及血清的总蛋白、白蛋白、球蛋白、葡萄糖和胆固醇含量均无显著影响,但较高的蛋白质水平会增加血清中尿素氮含量。The purpose of this experiment is to study the effects of two diets with different protein levels on the feed intake,body weight and serum biochemical indicators of adult poodles.Eighteen healthy adult poodles of similar weight at the age of 3 were selected and divided into two groups,with 9 in each group.The two groups were fed diets with protein levels of 25% and 28%,respectively.The results showed as follows:1)dietary protein level had no significant effects on feed intake and body weight of adult poodles(P >0.05);2)dietary protein level had no significant effects on the contents of total protein,albumin,globulin,glucose and cholesterol in serum of adult poodle(P > 0.05),and the urea nitrogen content in 28% protein level group was significantly higher than that in 25% group(P<0.05).In conclusion,dietary protein level has no significant effects on feed intake,body weight and serum contents of total protein,albumin,globulin,glucose and cholesterol in adult poodles,but higher protein level will increase serum urea nitrogen content.
