摘　　要：猪蓝眼病是由副黏膜病毒中的蓝眼病病毒感染引发的一种接触性传染性疾病,临床上以角膜浑浊和仔猪脑炎为主要特征,在世界各地广泛发生流行,猪是该种病毒的唯一宿主,主要经呼吸道直接接触传播,具有较高的发病率和致死率。仔猪受到蓝眼病毒感染后,除了出现眼部病变外,还会表现出全身的临床症状,脑部发炎,繁殖母猪和种公猪会表现出不同程度的繁殖障碍。该类疾病在养殖场中一旦发生流行,将会严重影响到整个猪的健康生长,必须采取综合性措施进行防控,加强针对性的管理,并将预防为主的理念充分融入其中。该文探讨了猪蓝眼病的流行病学、临床症状和诊疗措施。Pig blue eye disease is a contact infectious disease caused by blue eye virus infection among paramucosal viruses.It is clinically characterized by corneal turbidity and piglet encephalitis.It is widespread all over the world.Pigs are the The only host of this virus is mainly spread through direct contact with the respiratory tract,with a high morbidity and fatality rate.After the piglets are infected with the blue eye virus,in addition to eye disease,they will also show systemic clinical symptoms,brain inflammation,breeding sows and boars will show varying degrees of reproductive disorders.Once this type of disease occurs in a breeding farm,it will seriously affect the healthy growth of the entire pig herd.Comprehensive measures must be taken to prevent and control,strengthen targeted management,and fully integrate the concept of prevention.Based on actual work experience,this article discusses the epidemiology,clinical symptoms,diagnosis and treatment measures of pig blue eye disease,hoping to help reduce the prevalence of liver disease.
