摘  要:结合鞍钢2580 m^(3)高炉布料规律和炉料结构,建立了无料钟高炉布料模型,计算了球团比例增加后高炉料面形状,分析了中心加焦比例和批重对料面形状的影响。得出随着球团比例的增加,炉喉中心无矿区半径减小,边缘O/C也相应减小。为了保证高比例球团冶炼炉况顺行,可适当提高中心加焦量,但矿石批重不宜过大。Based on the distribution law and burden structure in terms of the 2580 m^(3)blast furnace(BF) in Ansteel, the bell-less BF distribution model was established and the BF burden surface shape after increasing the pellet ratio was calculated. And then the effects of the ratio for adding coke to the center and batch weight on the burden surface shape were studied. So it was concluded that with the increasing of the pellet ratio, the radius of the region being no iron ore distributed in the center of the furnace throat shortened, and the O/C at the edge decreased accordingly. In order to ensure the smooth operation of the BF with high proportion of pellets charged, the quantity of feeding coke to the center could be appropriately increased, but the batch weight for iron ore was not suitable to be too heavy.
