摘  要:针对LF精炼渣中CaF_(2)侵蚀钢水罐及污染环境等问题,研究了不向渣系内加入CaF_(2),采用硅、铝脱氧合金预脱氧的方法调整渣系中Al2O3含量,提高渣系流动性。结果表明,硅合金预脱氧成本低,但脱硫速度慢;铝合金预脱氧成本高,但脱硫速度快,适合高拉速连铸生产深脱硫钢种。With regard to the problem that CaF_(2)in refining slag in LF corroded a ladle and polluted the environment, the practice of adjusting the content of Al2O3in the slag system by carrying out the pre-deoxidation with silicon-aluminum deoxidation alloys instead of adding CaF_(2)into the slag system was studied so as to improve the liquidity of the slag system. The study results showed that the pre-deoxidation cost of using Si alloy was low and yet the desulfurization speed was slow, while the pre-deoxidation cost of using Al alloy was high and yet the desulfurization speed was fast. So the latter method for desulphurization was suitable for production of deep desulphnrization steel grades by continuous casting with high casting speed.
