摘  要:采用三维轮廓仪和扫描电镜逐层分析了一种3C1B涂装工艺生产的热镀锌汽车板漆膜表面的涂装气孔缺陷。发现该气孔缺陷在漆膜表面为凸起,其内部存在空腔,下方镀层完整,根本原因是镀层下方的基板表面存在微小翘皮。虽然基板表面的小翘皮缺陷在热浸镀时被锌层完全覆盖,但是在3C1B工艺涂装烘烤后,基板微小翘皮下方残留的易挥发物质的膨胀和溢出会导致漆膜表面出现气孔缺陷。The porosity defects occurred on the surface of the paint films prepared by the 3C1B coating process in coating a hot hot-dip galvanized automotive steel sheet was analyzed by the three-dimensional profiler and scanning electron microscope. Then it was found that the porosity defects were characterized by convex on the surface of the paint films, on which there was a cavity inside, and the plating layer below the convex was complete. So the basic cause leading to the defects was that there was a small warping skin on the substrate surface under the coating.Although the small warping defects on the surface of the substrate were completely covered by the zinc layer during hot dip plating, the paint prepared by the 3C1B process coating after baking, the expansion and overflow of the volatile substances remaining under the small warping skin of the substrate would cause to create pores on the surface of the paint films.
