摘 要:针对冶金石灰生产中出现的回转窑结圈问题,分析了结圈的形成原因,对比了常规处理结圈方法的优劣势,提出了回转窑砌筑扬料台方案。实践后,有效解决了回转窑结圈问题,降低了冷却器卸料温度,提高了石灰产品质量,回转窑日均产能由650 t提高到950 t。In allusion to the problem that the circinate conglutination of kiln burden occurred in a metallurgical rotary kiln for lime in operation, the causes leading to the circinate congluti-nation were analyzed and then the advantages and disadvantages for dealing with the circinate conglutination by using conventional methods were compared. Based on that, the solution to the problem was suggested that a burden-lifting table in the rotary kiln should be built. After the table was built, the trouble of the circinate conglutination in the rotary kiln was effectively solved. And furthermore, the burden-unloading temperature in terms of the cooler was lowered and the quality of lime was improved, while the daily average capacity by the rotary kiln in operation was increased to 950 t from 650 t.
