摘  要:分析了生石灰质量不稳定的原因,并提出采取增加石灰石取样化验频次、调整石灰石粒度组成、优化回转窑焙烧参数、改变生石灰储存及运输方式和调整生石灰取样位置等措施。实施后,达到了提升和稳定生石灰质量的目标,有效改善了烧结混合料制粒,混合料温度提高,烧结电耗降低,烧结矿转鼓强度提升,烧结矿粒度组成更趋于均匀,烧结矿成本降低了1.819元/t。The causes leading to unstable quality of quicklime was analyzed. And then these measures such as increasing frequencies for sampling tests on the quality, adjusting the particle size composition of limestone, optimizing the roasting parameters for a rotary kiln, changing the quicklime storing & transporting mode and adjusting the sampling position of quicklime were proposed. After these measures were taken, the goal of improving and stabilizing the quality of quicklime was achieved, while the pellet fabrication of the sinter mixture was effectively improved with the rising of the mixture temperature and the declining of power consumption for sintering and thus the drum strength of sinter was improved and its particle size composition tended to be much more uniform. So the sinter cost was reduced by 1.819 yuan per ton.
