摘 要:针对高炉炉缸侧壁温度上升及温度异常波动问题,分析了炉缸炭砖侵蚀原因,通过采取提高原燃料质量,重视炉型和炉缸管理,细化炉前操作,提高钒钛矿护炉效果,控制冷却设备破损及减少中心加焦比例等措施,在炉缸长寿的基础上实现了产能的提升。In view of the problem that the temperature at the side wall of the hearth of the blast furnace(BF) was on the rise and also fluctuated abnormally, the causes leading to be eroded of the carbon bricks of the hearth were analyzed. By taking measures such as improving the quality of raw materials and fuels, paying much attention to management of types of furnaces and hearths,being more meticulous in operation of BF before burden-charging, improving the effect of protecting the blast furnace by charging vanadium-titanium ore, controlling the damage of cooling equipment and reducing the proportion of adding coke at the center of BF, the productivity was improved on the basis of prolonging the service life of the hearth.
