摘 要:分析了Ф150 mm圆坯20^(#)钢铸坯中间裂纹的产生原因,通过采取铁水预处理工艺降低入炉硫含量,转炉低温出钢降低终点磷含量,优化精炼操作控制搬出硫含量,降低中间包过热度等措施,减少了铸坯中间裂纹缺陷,提高了铸坯内部质量。The causes leading to the intermediate cracks in the No.20 steel round billets with diameter of 150 mm were analyzed. After taking the countermeasures such as applying the pretreatment for hot metal to reduce the content of sulfur in hot metal charged into converter,carrying out the tapping at low temperature to reduce the content of end-point phosphorus in converter, optimizing the operations for refining to control the content of sulfur in molten steel being discharged from LF and reducing the degree of superheat in the tundish, the intermediate cracks mentioned above were reduced and thus the inner quality of the round billets was improved.
