摘  要:通过优化“转炉+连铸”的工艺路线,代替“电炉+模铸”生产方式,进行了高合金工具钢X32-RX的生产探索。结果表明,Mo、Ni合金应在转炉吹炼前加入,其余合金均在转炉出钢及精炼过程分批加入;钒铁在转炉中加入的收得率比在炉后及精炼中加入的低2.9%;铁水预处理要把硫含量控制在0.002%以下,转炉出钢磷含量应控制在0.01%以下。By means of optimizing the process route of converter and continuous castin g to replace the production mode by electric furnace and die casting, the production of high-alloy tool steel X32-RX was explored. It was concluded that such elements as Mo and Ni alloys should be added into a converter before converter blowing, while other alloys should be added during tapping from the converter and refining process in batches. And also the yield of ferrovanadium added into the converter lowered by 2.9% than that added into the converter after tapping and refining, while sulfur content in hot metal by pretreatment process should be controlled less than 0.002% and phosphorus content in molten steel tapping from converter should be controlled below 0.01%.
