摘 要:根据商用车轮辋钢的加工特点和使用要求,在安钢已有的高强车轮产品基础上,通过优化Mn、Nb、Ti、Cr等元素含量,设计了650 MPa级车轮轮辋钢的化学成分,并利用Gleeble-3800进行了动态CCT曲线测定,模拟分析了650 MPa轮辋钢在不同冷速条件下的组织类型和对应的显微硬度。依据模拟分析结果进行了小批量工业化试制,确定了终轧温度、卷取温度、冷却模式等关键工艺参数,满足了650 MPa级的轮辋钢技术要求。试验钢卷经用户轮辋加工试验,综合开裂比率为4.3‰,满足了用户的加工期望要求。According to the processing characteristics and application requirements of commercial vehicle rim steel, the chemical composition of 650 MPa wheel rim steel is designed by optimizing Mn, Mb, Ti and Cr, and the dynamic CCT curve was determined using Gleeble-3800, and the microstructure types and corresponding micro-hardness of 650 MPa rim steel under different cold rates are simulated. Based on the simulation analysis results, the small batch industrial trial production was carried out, and the key process parameters such as the final rolling temperature, rolling temperature and cooling mode were determined, which met the technical requirements of 650 MPa class rim steel. The test steel coil is tested by the user, and synthetic cracking ratio is 4.3 ‰, which meets the processing expectations of the user.
