摘 要:针对热浸镀铝硅钢板白条缺陷问题,对缺陷的SEM微观形貌、光学三维形貌、腐蚀去掉镀层后的宏观和微观形貌进行了研究,结合生产现场情况对其进行了分析。结果表明:微观形貌上白条缺陷呈现不完全光整形貌,产生原因为带钢与锌锅段的辊系摩擦有关,通过调节镀后冷却段张力等稳定带钢的手段,可避免这类缺陷的产生。Aiming at the problem of white strip defect in hot-dip aluminum-silicon steel , the SEM micro-morphology, optical three-dimensional morphology, macro-and micro-morphology after corrosion and removal of coating are studied, and the analysis is carried on with the production situation. The results show that the white strip defect is caused by the friction between the strip steel and the rollers of the pot before it leaves aluminum pot, and the micro-morphology presents incomplete smooth shape. This defect can be avoided by adjusting the tension of cooling section after plating to stabilize the state of strip steel in the pot.
