摘　　要：通过对烧结烟气活性焦脱硫脱硝制酸系统运行过程中SO_(2)气浓偏低,硫酸产量不平衡问题进行分析,提出了提升解析塔解析效率、净化洗涤单元采用酸化吹脱技术、转化吸收强化气液接触的改进优化方案,实现了硫酸增产及质量提标。Through the analysis on low gas concentration of SO_(2)during the operation process of the desulfurization, denitrification and acid production system for sintered flue gas, and out-off-balance of sulphuric acid, the optimization scheme to improve the analytical efficiency of the analytical tower, adopt the acidification and blowing technology, transform and absorb the gas and liquid contact is proposed, realizing the increase of sulfuric acid and quality improvement.
