摘  要:轧钢加热炉在生产运行过程中,因燃料热值和炉温工况的波动变化,致使烧嘴性能出现火焰温度过低、燃烧火焰长度和刚度变化大、烧嘴内燃料不能完全燃烧、加热炉燃料消耗偏高等问题。从空气预热温度、烧嘴燃烧期间的空气过剩系数入手,研究了烧嘴在不同工况条件下的火焰特性及与燃料节能之间的关系。In the process of production and operation of steel rolling heating furnace, due to the fluctuation of fuel calorific value and furnace temperature condition, the flame temperature is too low, the change of flame length and stiffness is great, the fuel in the nozzle cannot be completely burned, the fuel consumption of the heating furnace is too high and so on. From the air preheating temperature and the air excess coefficient during the nozzle combustion period, the flame characteristics and the relationship with the fuel energy saving are studied.
