摘 要:以提高炼油厂中氢气和轻烃的利用效率为目标,对炼油厂中氢气和轻烃的回收工艺进行了研究。对于炼厂气先进行氢气回收,根据氢浓度的不同,将膜分离与变压吸附分离技术耦合,氢气回收率可达93.26%,纯度(体积分数)可达98.7%。回收氢气后的炼厂气再进行轻烃回收。分别比较了低温冷凝、有机蒸汽膜分离和油吸收技术的回收效果和经济效益。结果表明:有机蒸汽膜分离技术轻烃回收率最高,为90.32%,经济效益最高可达6 286万元/a;油吸收技术回收轻烃经济效益最高,最优操作时达6 456万元/a,回收率为87.75%。实际应用中可根据厂区实际情况选择轻烃回收工艺。To improve the utilization efficiency of hydrogen and light hydrocarbon in refineries, the recoveryprocess of hydrogen and light hydrocarbon in refineries is studied. For hydrogen recovery from refinery gas, the membrane separation and pressure swing adsorption separation technology can be coupled according to the different concentration of hydrogen, the hydrogen recovery rate can reach 93.26%, the purity is 98.7%. Light hydrocarbon will be recovered from the refinery gas after recovering hydrogen. The recovery effects and economic benefits of low temperature condensation, organic vapor membrane separation and oil absorption technologies are compared. The results show that the light hydrocarbon recovery rate of organic vapor membrane separation technology is the highest, which is 90.32%, and the maximum economic benefit can reach 62.86 million yuan per year;The economic benefit of light hydrocarbon recovery by oil absorption technology is the highest, which is 64.56 million yuan per year under the optimal operation, and the recovery rate is 87.75%. In practical application, light hydrocarbon recovery process can be selected according to the actual situation of the refinery.
